Ingredients:

1 Package (4 serving size) kosher vanilla or banana cream instant pudding mix
1 1/2 cups Coffee Rich Non-Dairy creamer
3 1/2 cups Rich’s Rich Whip Non-Dairy Whip Topping, thawed 
1 banana sliced
1 9– inch pie shell, baked and cooled
Additional banana for garnish (optional)

Directions:

Whip the Non-Dairy Whip Topping until stiff and set aside.

Prepare pudding according to direction, using Coffee Rich Non-Dairy creamer.Fold in 2 cups of the Rich Whip.

Arrange banana slices over the bottom of the pie shell. Pour in pudding mixture and chill.

Garnish with additional Rich Whip and banana slices, if desired.
